A lovely, clean apartment - perfect for 2 of us, although there is a sofa bed in the living room for a 3rd person. Jennifer was so friendly and met us at the apartment to help us check in. She also sent us a really extensive list of restaurants and places to visit.
The apartment is walking distance (7 minutes) to some great restaurants + a small Tesco. It’s only about 20 minutes walk to Southampton town. We waked to the train station and hopped on a train to Bournemouth for the day too!
The apartment itself was beautiful and really homely and lots of things were thought of - shampoo/conditioner, extra towels, blankets etc.
The common is only a 10 minute walk away which would be lovely for a picnic or a walk - we managed to do the Parkrun on New Year’s Day!

I thought the house was faultless - Extremely clean all round the property and a brilliantly stocked kitchen. Rooms were very comfy and quiet.
The sitting area with TV was a great place to chill out after work. The parking bay is a real bonus as street parking seemed to be very busy.
We used the property as a base to work in and around the area for the week and worked perfectly.
If I work in this area again I would definitely stay again - 5 *

Absolutely fantastic. Janine was fantastic and quickly responded. As I was attending a wedding I asked Janine about the two different postcodes and she replied very quickly.
Janine's home was fantastic. Very clean and everything was as described. Her home is very peaceful and extremely comfortable.
I was actually impressed by the kitchen as Janine provided a range of condiments and spices.
The home is spotless and there is lots to do in Southampton.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location with some great food places and bars near by, especially Bedford place in walking distance. Underground parking at the flat makes things so much simpler. Only a 30min drive to the new forest for some lovely sights and walks. The flat was lovely decorated and some great extra touches on our arrival.
Jennifer was very helpful and able to give us recommendations of places to eat/drink.
Would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Southampton and the new forest.
